What would your life look like in 6 months if you don't make any changes now? Can you continue living the same way, doing the same things? These are hard but necessary questions from me to you.

I'm in the business of total transformation.

Although I've trained with various techniques, I don't follow only a specific one; that's why my coaching with you starts as a blank canvas and is designed around your needs.

To transform my life I had to shed layers and masks of limiting beliefs, uncertainty, fears, self-sabotage, repeating patterns, and lack of self-love. The interesting thing was, that I didn't even notice all those layers until I hit rock bottom.

My coaching proposes a transformation of your BEING, that is, we will discover who you must become to achieve your dream life.

One of the main tools I use is called Biodecoding of emotions, which basically means, to find the emotional root of the conflict or health problem you are dealing with at the moment and rewire the limiting beliefs underneath it. It is a complete healing process and it takes a big commitment from you.

As I always like to say, nobody actually "needs" coaching, you really must want and desire a life change in order to go for a transformation coaching.

 

The questions cannot be wether you want it or not. The real question is, when are you starting?
